These are the remaining rhetoric vocabulary words that will be tested later this week. They will be tested similarly to the way the previous batch was tested.
We will be working on writing objective summaries to the first chapter of How to Win Friends and Influence People this week.
I will also assess students' abilities to identify PRONOUN/ANTECEDENT relationships and PASSIVE/ACTIVE VOICE in writing. This will take place at the end of the week.
I hope to begin my unit on Dickens' A Christmas Carol soon.
At this point, students should be submitting their persuasive essays to me if they haven't already.
